Marta de la Fuente
Master in Physics and specialized in optics, Marta accumulates more than thirty years of experience in the industry of optics applied to the Defense and Security market. In this new professional stage at ASE Optics Europe, Marta started as our Technical Director to lead and coordinate optical design and development projects.
Marta has been responsible for the optical design group at INDRA, leading projects for the design and development of night vision systems, thermal cameras, space optics and other optical systems for Defense sector projects.
In addition, Marta is member of different associations and clusters like SECPhO, SPIE or EPIC.

PhD in characterization of solid state detectors for image applications, has extensive experience in digital signal processing, development of control and implementation software and optimization of algorithms.
Marino started his job in ASE Optics Europe through the European program H2020 – SME Innovation Associate, as an expert in the development of image acquisition systems for the company’s R + D + i projects, specifically for the development of our FASTTEST micro-scale device metrology and inspection systems.
Thanks to his expertise, ASE Optics Europe expands its horizons, covering new demands and needs of its customers, offering an even more complete and integral service for the design, development and integration of optical systems, optoelectronics and software.

Engineer in electronics, co-opted by COITIM, Luis joins ASE Optics Europe as Chief of Operations, with more than 20 years of experience in the Security and Defense sector. With his knowledge and experience in developing and managing production processes, functional tests and analysis, Luis will lead the technical team of the Optical Systems Defense and Security Unit of ASE Optics Europe, being responsible for the development and production of the NITIDUS night vision system and future new equipment.
Previously, Luis has led projects for continuous improvement in the development, manufacture and quality of night vision systems for helicopter and Jet pilots, thermal vision systems, lasers and other tactical accessories.
